Product Introduction


Water wall panels with pins usually laid vertically on the inner wall of the furnace wall, it is mainly used to absorb the radiant heat emitted by the flame and high-temperature flue gas in the furnace.It is the main type of evaporating heating surface of all kinds of modern boilers and the basic component of boiler water circulation loop.Because of both cooling and protection of the furnace wall, so the name.

The water wall was originally designed not to be heated, but to cool the furnace from high temperature damage.Later, because of its good heat exchange function, it gradually replaced the steam drum as the main heating part of the boiler.

The evaporative heating surface, which is laid on the inner wall of boiler chamber and consists of many parallel pipes.The function of water wall is to absorb the radiant heat of high temperature flame or flue gas in the furnace chamber, generate steam or hot water in the pipe, and reduce the temperature of the furnace wall to protect the furnace wall.In a large capacity boiler, the flame temperature in the furnace is very high, the intensity of heat radiation is very large.

Forty to fifty percent or more of the heat in the boiler is absorbed by the water wall.Except for a few small capacity boilers, modern water tube boilers take water cooling wall as the main heating surface of evaporation.

  1. Water wall panels are used in Waste Heat recovery boilers. We manufacture Water wall panels. These are fabricated out of carbon steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. Special care is taken for ovality and thinning at the bent portion, during fabrication.
  2. We are manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of Waterwall Panels. The tubes offered by us are known to withstand a great internal pressure as a continual strip of fin material is wound spirally on the tube. These tubes are known to provide heat uniformly that result in an increased heat output.
  3. The main function of water wall panels in boiler is to absorb the heat generated by high temperature flame or flue and to generate steam or hot water in tubes, hence to reduce the temperature in the chamber.

Various boiler water wall panel can be fabricated

  • Membrane boiler water wall panel: spot welds many rolled finned tubes into a sealed combined heating surface, which improves the airtightness of the furnace and reduces air leakage.
  • Studded water wall tubing: welds pins of 20 to 25 mm in length and 6 to 12 mm in diameter on the water wall tube, and then applies a chrome ore refractory plastic to reduce the water wall panel’s heat absorption, and increase the temperature in the combustion zone. It is appropriate for situations where it is difficult to set fire to the fuel, as well as specific slag tapping furnaces.
  • Plain tube boiler water wall panel: composed of a whole row of seamless steel pipes, the simplest structure.
  • Wall-attached boiler water wall tubing: embedded in the inner wall of the furnace wall, single-sided heat absorption.
  • Double-sided heated water wall panel: installed in the middle of the large boiler furnace, which is divided into two parts that are independent of each other, and both sides are heated
